Can a pedicure fix my cracked heels?
Yes — professional callus and heel work makes an immediate difference, and with regular pedicures plus the home care we recommend, heels stay soft long-term.
Is it hygienic? I'm wary of shared foot baths.
Completely — we sanitise the foot baths between every client and sterilise all tools to hospital-grade standards. Your safety comes first.
I have a problem toenail — can you help?
We can safely tidy and shape neglected or mildly ingrown nails. For anything painful or infected, we'll advise you to see a podiatrist rather than risk it.
How often should I get a pedicure?
Every 4–6 weeks keeps feet soft, nails healthy and heels from cracking again. In sandal season many come more often.
I'm honestly a bit embarrassed about my feet — is that okay?
Please don't be — cracked heels, calluses and neglected nails are exactly what we're here for, and nothing surprises our pedicurists. The clients who are most embarrassed walking in are usually the most delighted walking out.
Can a pedicure really fix cracked heels?
A single session removes the built-up dead skin and softens the cracks visibly. Deep cracks need 2–3 sessions plus a simple home routine (we'll show you), after which most heels stay smooth with a monthly visit.
