Do you work with real hair or synthetic wigs, or both?
Both — we'll help you understand the difference in look, feel, styling flexibility and care between real-hair and synthetic pieces so you can choose based on your budget and how you plan to wear it.
How natural will it actually look?
That depends heavily on the fit and the cut, which is why we don't just place a wig — we cut and style it to your face shape and hairline. A well-fitted wig, properly cut, is very hard to spot.
Is this suitable for medical hair loss, like from chemotherapy?
Yes, and we approach that appointment with extra care and privacy. Tell us your situation when booking so we can allow the right amount of time and make the fitting as comfortable as possible.
Can I style, cut or dye it myself later?
Real-hair wigs can generally be styled and coloured much like natural hair; synthetic ones are more limited and heat-sensitive. We'll explain exactly what your specific piece can and can't handle.
Is it comfortable to wear all day?
