Refund & Cancellation Policy

No payment to book

We don't take any payment or deposit on this website, by WhatsApp or by phone to hold an appointment. You pay at the salon, after your service.

Cancelling or rescheduling

• You can cancel or change your appointment at no charge. Just call or WhatsApp the salon you booked with.
• Please let us know as early as you can, so we can offer the slot to another client.
• If we ever need to move your appointment, for example because your stylist or therapist is unwell, we'll contact you as soon as possible to find a new time.

If you're not happy with a service

• Please tell us while you're still at the salon, or contact the salon as soon as you can after your visit.
• We'll look at it with you and agree a fair way to put it right, for example adjusting the work in a follow-up visit.
• Because services are performed and paid for in person, refunds are decided case by case by the salon manager.

Packages, memberships and advance payments

If you buy a package or membership, or pay an advance (for example for a bridal booking), it is paid at the salon and the terms are explained to you before you pay. If you need to cancel one, contact the salon and we'll explain what can be refunded or carried forward.

How refunds are paid

Where a refund is agreed, it's paid back by the same method you paid with, such as cash, card or UPI.

Contact

For cancellations, changes or refund requests, contact the salon you booked with, or email info@plumnsugar.com.
