Who we are

plumnsugar.com is the official website of Plum & Sugar Spalon LLP, trading as Plum & Sugar Salon & Spa ("Plum & Sugar", "we", "us"). We provide hair, skin, nail, spa and bridal services in person at our salons in Bengaluru:

Booking an appointment

You can book by WhatsApp, by phone, through the forms on this website, or by walking in.
A booking request sent through this website is not confirmed until our team calls or messages you to confirm the day and time.
We don't take any payment or deposit on this website. Nothing is charged to book.
Please arrive a few minutes early. If you're running late, let us know; we'll do our best to fit you in, but a late start may mean a shorter service or a new time.

Prices and payment

Prices depend on the service, your hair length or skin and the products used, so we confirm the price with you at the salon before we start.
Any price shown on this website or in an ad is a guide and may change. The price agreed with you at the salon is the one you pay.
Payment is made at the salon after your service.

Your health and safety

Please tell us about any allergies, skin or scalp conditions, pregnancy, medication or recent treatments before your service, so we can advise you and adjust or skip a treatment if needed.
Some services, such as hair colour, lash and brow treatments, need a patch test beforehand. We may decline or postpone a service if a patch test or consultation suggests it isn't safe for you.
Our services are cosmetic and wellness treatments. They are not medical treatments and don't replace advice from a doctor or dermatologist.

Results

Everyone's hair and skin is different. How a service looks and how long it lasts depends on your hair or skin type, its condition and the aftercare you follow. Any timeframes we mention, such as how many weeks or months a treatment lasts, are typical ranges, not guarantees.

Photos, videos and reviews

We only post photos or videos of you on our website or social media with your permission.
Reviews shown on this website are real Google reviews, copied without rewording from the Google Business Profile of the salon they were written about. Long reviews may be shortened.
The text, photos, videos and logo on this website belong to Plum & Sugar and may not be reused without our permission.

Using this website

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. If something is wrong, please tell us and we'll correct it.
