We work with three wax systems — premium roll-on, Perron Rigot and Paris — and your therapist chooses based on your skin, the zone and how coarse the hair is. Sensitive areas get a low-temperature, low-pull formula. Spatulas are single-use and never double-dipped, so nothing that touches your skin has touched anyone else's.

How much hair growth do I need before waxing?
About a quarter of an inch — roughly two to three weeks of growth. Any shorter and the wax can't grip properly, which means patchy results and a second pass over the same area.
Which wax will you use on me?
That depends on the zone and your skin. We carry premium roll-on, Perron Rigot and Paris wax — sensitive and intimate areas usually get a low-temperature stripless formula, while larger zones like legs and arms are quicker with roll-on. Your therapist will explain the choice before starting.
Does it hurt, honestly?
There's a sharp second, and then it's over. It hurts far less than most people expect when the skin is held correctly and the wax is at the right temperature — and it genuinely gets easier each time as the hair grows back finer.
Do you wax men as well?
Yes — full arms, legs, chest, back, and intimate zones, all with male-appropriate wax and therapists trained for it. Prices are listed separately on our menu.
How do I stop getting ingrown hairs?
Exfoliate gently two or three times a week starting about three days after your wax, and moisturise daily. Most ingrowns come from skipping exfoliation, not from the wax itself. If you're prone to them, tell us and we'll add a post-wax serum.
Can I get waxed during my period?
Yes, that's completely fine and very common — just be aware skin is often a bit more sensitive in the few days before and during, so it can feel slightly sharper than usual. For intimate waxing we'd just ask that you wear a tampon or cup.
