What's the difference between Smoothening and Nano Plastia?
Smoothening (from ₹15,000) relaxes the hair's structure for a straighter, more manageable finish. Nano Plastia is a separate treatment focused on deep repair and frizz control while keeping more of your natural texture. We'll recommend based on whether you want your hair straighter or simply healthier.
What is Power Plex and do I need it?
Power Plex works at the bond level inside the hair. As an add-on during colour or smoothing it's ₹6,500 and protects your hair while the chemical service happens; as a stand-alone repair it's ₹11,500. If you colour regularly, the add-on is the single best thing you can do for long-term hair health.
How long do these treatments last?
Protein and bond treatments typically last 6–8 weeks. Smoothening and Royal Protein Infusion last three to five months depending on your hair type and how you wash it. Sulphate-free shampoo makes a genuine difference to that timeline.
Will my hair be poker straight afterwards?
Only if you choose Smoothening, and even then it's about manageability rather than a flat, artificial look. Protein and bond treatments don't change your texture at all — they just make it healthier and less frizzy.
Can I colour my hair at the same appointment?
Yes, and adding Power Plex during the colour is the ideal way to do it. Smoothening is different — we leave at least two weeks between colouring and smoothening so the hair is not processed twice in one sitting.
Are these safe for very damaged hair?
That's exactly what they're for, but the order matters. Badly damaged hair usually needs bond and protein repair first, and only later a smoothing service. We'll tell you honestly if your hair needs a few weeks of recovery before the treatment you came in asking for.
