How do you ensure the tools are hygienic?
We sterilise our tools to hospital-grade standards between every single client, and use fresh disposables where appropriate. Your safety is non-negotiable for us.
My nails are weak and peel easily — can a manicure help?
Yes — proper cuticle care, the right shaping and quality products genuinely strengthen nails over time. We'll also advise on home care to stop the peeling.
What's the difference between this and a gel manicure?
A classic manicure uses regular polish and focuses on nail and skin care; gel polish adds a cured, chip-free colour that lasts weeks. We offer both — just ask.
How long does it take?
Allow around 45 minutes for a classic manicure, longer if you add gel or nail art. We never rush the massage portion.
Can you work on very short or bitten nails?
Yes, and with zero judgment — you'd be surprised how many clients come to us mid-way through quitting nail biting. Careful shaping and cuticle care make even very short nails look intentional, and regular care is one of the best motivators to stop biting.
What if I don't want colour — just clean, healthy nails?
A completely valid choice, and a popular one. We'll finish with a buff-and-shine or a clear strengthening coat instead. The soak, shaping, cuticle work and massage — the parts that actually improve nail health — stay exactly the same.
