Ayurveda Head Spa
Ancient ritual, modern scalp science.Ayurveda Head Spa at JP Nagar
The Ayurvedic head spa is the slowest thing we do, and deliberately so. Warm herbal oils are worked through the scalp with sustained pressure along the marma points, and for most people the nervous system lets go somewhere in the first fifteen minutes.
It is genuinely two things at once. The herbs and oils nourish the scalp and strengthen the hair from the root; the pressure work and warmth do something to stress and sleep that's harder to put in words but that clients book again and again for. Ayurveda Plus extends the ritual with a longer treatment phase and deeper conditioning.

Concerns this solves
Some visits are about fixing a problem. This one is about a scalp that's been neglected and a nervous system that hasn't switched off in months.
A dry, tight scalp and dull, lifeless hair
Constant low-level stress and poor sleep
Tension held in the head, neck and shoulders
Wanting something restorative rather than clinical
The difference you'll feel.
Traditional oils, properly warmed
Herbal oil blends are warmed to temperature and chosen for your scalp type rather than poured cold from one bottle.
Trained in marma-point technique
The pressure work follows traditional marma points through the scalp, neck and shoulders — this is technique, not just rubbing oil in.
A full 60 or 90 minutes
The ritual runs its proper length. Rushing it defeats the entire point of the treatment.
Your experience, step by step.
Consultation & Oil Selection
We discuss your scalp and stress levels and warm the right oil blend.
Warm Oil Application
Oil is worked section by section through the scalp.
Marma Point Massage
Sustained pressure through scalp, neck and shoulders.
Steam & Cleanse
A steam phase drives the oil in, then a gentle cleanse and finish.

Make your results last.
Leave the oil in overnight
If your schedule allows, let it work overnight before washing.
Drink water and rest
Give yourself a quiet evening — the effect deepens for hours.
Book monthly
Monthly sessions are where the scalp and stress benefits really compound.

Your ayurveda head spa questions,
answered honestly.
What's the difference between the Ayurveda and Korean head spa?
The Korean Head Spa focuses on deep cleansing and scalp detox with a lighter, fresher finish. The Ayurvedic ritual uses warm herbal oils and sustained marma-point pressure — it's slower, warmer and more nourishing. Choose Korean for a congested scalp, Ayurvedic for dryness, stress and deep restoration.
What's included in Ayurveda Plus?
Ayurveda Plus (₹18,000) extends the standard ritual with a longer treatment phase, richer conditioning and additional scalp and neck work. It runs closer to ninety minutes and is the one to choose if this is a proper reset rather than a top-up.
Will my hair be greasy afterwards?
We cleanse thoroughly at the end, so you'll leave with clean, soft hair. If you'd prefer to leave the oil in overnight for maximum nourishment, just tell us and we'll skip the final wash.
Is it good for hair fall?
It genuinely helps where hair fall is driven by a dry, undernourished scalp or by stress — both very common. If your shedding is heavier or long-running, our Scalp Therapy treatments target that more directly, and the two work well together.
Can men book this?
Absolutely, and plenty do — it's one of our most-booked treatments for men. The ritual is the same regardless of hair length.
How often should I come?
Once a month suits most people. If you are treating a specific scalp concern or going through a particularly stressful period, every two to three weeks for the first couple of months works better.
